How It Works

Buyers

1. Browse if you like something, tap through to the product page to see individual listings available in that particular style. Don’t see what you want? Create an alert to get notified when it gets listed.
2. Pay enter your shipping address and pay with PayPal. Your payment will be held in escrow until you have received your item.
3. Receive Confirmation You’ll be sent a PayPal receipt and a purchase confirmation email from re-mint.
4. Delivery The seller will ship directly to your delivery address. Parcels typically arrive within 7-10 days. If it’s any longer, please reach out to our customer support team so they can assist.

All transactions are covered by Buyer Protection. Contact our customer support team if a) the item has not arrived within 10 days of purchase b) within 48 hours of delivery if the item is not as described in the listing so we can assist you.

Please note transactions are final sale because they are sold by individuals i.e. no returns / exchanges allowed if you change your mind. However, you are can relist it for someone else to purchase!

Sellers

1. Create Listing tap ‘sell’ on the official resale website and select the item from the product catalogue you would like to sell.
2. Pending Listing Once submitted, your listing is ‘pending’ while our verification team ensures compliance with brand guidelines.
3. Live Listing We’ll email to let you know when the listing has been approved and is live on the pre-loved site.
4. Purchase Confirmation & Shipping When a buyer purchases your item, your earnings will be held in escrow, and you will receive a sale confirmation email from re-mint with a prepaid shipping label. We request you ship within 2 days. It it will be longer, please let us know (help@links.re-mint.com)
5. Payment Payment will be released 48 hours after the item has been delivered. You can choose to be paid out in cash or store credit.
