How can I edit/delete my listing?

Click on the menu icon and select ‘My Sale Items’ to edit your listings e.g. add photos, update description or change price. You can also delete the listing if you no longer wish to sell it. Alternatively, contact us at help@links.re-mint.com and we can assist.

When do I get paid?

We hold the money in escrow so you can ship with confidence knowing the buyer has paid. The money will be released 48 hours after the item has been delivered.

The 48 hours window provides the buyer an opportunity to raise any concerns if the item sent differs from the listing.

Do you have any payment options other than PayPal?

Currently, all payments go through PayPal.

Who is selling these items?

Most items are sold by individual sellers. Some items may be listed by the brand or retailer that have a small flaw or have been previously used e.g. samples, seconds, used in a photoshoot.

How do I ask a question / ask for more photos about a listing?

You can leave a comment on the listing and the seller will be notified of your question/comment and get back to you.

If you want to ask a private question or make a private pricing offer, email us at help@links.re-mint.com and we’ll pass your query on to the seller. For privacy reasons we don’t release individual emails.

We plan to add a private chat function on the platform soon!

How does shipping work?

Items are sent directly from seller to buyer. Once a purchase is finalised, the seller is sent a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply print, pack and post the item at your nearest USPS location or schedule a pickup if you’re in the United States, or drop off at your nearest Auspost if you are in Australia. We ask sellers to ship within 2 days.

The item I received didn’t arrive / isn’t as described – help!

Less than 1% transactions result in any issues, but if you do face a problem, contact help@links.re-mint.com so we can assist.

Your item should arrive within 7-10 days of purchase. If it does not, please notify us so we can check on the status and follow up with the seller if need be.

Funds are released to the seller automatically after 48 hours from the time of delivery – unless the buyer raises a dispute. So if your item arrives and there’s a problem with it, please let us know within 48 hours so we can investigate and issue a refund if need be.

I changed my mind / don’t like the item – can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately returns are not offered, all items are final sale, but you are welcome to re-list the item to sell to someone else.

The only exception is if the item does not arrive as described. In which case, we’ll assist you to return the item and get a refund – see FAQ above.
